Two Year Anniversary, Change is Not Always Bad!

I can’t believe it but Million Endeavour is currently over two years old now!

To be honest, I didn’t really expect myself to maintain this blog for this long. As someone who loves to create, I am not so good at finishing or maintaining the things that I start. Fortunately, that is not the case here.

However, as time passes by, there are often instances where changes is quite necessary. That is why I have decided to retire my Talk Personal Finance series and I will be categorizing the posts under my personal life. This is the reason why:

I am retiring Talk Personal Finance because I am starting to see that this series does not really accomplish anything for my blog.

The original purpose for TPF is to update the readers with various personal things (including finance) that I am experiencing in my life. However, I can accomplish this exact same purpose through regular posts.

Instead of delivering multiple unrelated content together, I will be able to deliver topics individually with more details and opportunities to be engaging in the subject. As a result, I will be able to post more frequently as I will have more ideas to explore.

Don’t worry! I am not forgetting about the section where I give back to the blogging community through links (the interesting read section). I will be introducing a monthly post with all the interesting reads in the month where I can give credit where it is due.

Lastly, I have also found that my about page was long overdue for an update. I have decided to re-write it better to reflect my current personal views in finance. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you can do so here.

On a separate note, I have noticed that readership on my blog and comment participation has dropped significantly over the last year. Perhaps many of the readers have moved on to more advanced stuff or have found to be in disagreement with my methods, I don’t really know. However, I would still like to provide as much value as I can to those interested in personal finance and encourage everyone to stay connected as we work together towards financial freedom.

I am also open to chat about anything (finance related or not) and you can contact me through email at this page. If you have any critiques about my blog, I am open minded and will love to hear you out as well.

Have a great week everyone!
